How to Book a Session
Booking your creative session at Station53A is simple. Just email us at contact@station53a.co.uk with your preferred date(s), time slots, and a brief description of your project. We’ll provisionally reserve your spot and follow up with payment details.
A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of your session, provided the location is returned in good condition with no damage or breakages.

Pricing for Film and Photography Location Hire
We offer flexible session options to suit different project needs and budgets: (prices from Sept 2025)
Night Shoot (Midnight – 5am): £125 per hour
Full Day Session (9am – 5pm): £300.00
Half Day Morning (9am – 1pm): £175.00
Half Day Afternoon (1pm – 5pm): £175.00
Evening Session (5pm – Midnight): £400.00
These prices reflect access to the entire 1.7-acre site, including all themed zones: Desolation Alley, Dystopia, the Workshop, Decontamination Room, Deadzone, Narnia, the Wash House, and the atmospheric Dungeon.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that creative plans can change. If you need to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date that works for you.
Insurance Requirements
Depending on how you plan to use Station53A, Public Liability Insurance may be required. For example, we ask all photographers and videographers to provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance certificate (often referred to as a Certificate of Photography Insurance) before their booking date.
For safety and legal compliance, we require all photographers, videographers, and film crews to hold valid Public Liability Insurance. A certificate must be submitted prior to your booking date.
